1) Identify Your Target Market:
Each fall begins a new season of youth athletics to include over 13 million soccer players, 10 million football players, and many other sports that are excellent target customers for full color personalized products.
Personalized products help create a winning attitude and contribute to team recognition and community spirit.
The High Volume "Sales" Market
Each day, millions of professional sales representatives go to work at insurance companies, retail stores, auto dealerships, real estate offices and many other selling positions throughout North America. Their success is measured by the amount and size of the sales that they close, and good companies reward these successes with Recognition through plaques, trophies, personalized clocks, and other custom recognition products.
These professional sales representatives work in a variety of channels, each offering you the opportunity of selling high quality, full color recognition products, and moreover providing you an entrée into their businesses for other products within your product line.
One channel well positioned for you is Real Estate Sales.
The Opportunity: Throughout North American there are over 850,000 licensed real estate sales agents working for over 3,000 companies which range from single offices to corporations with offices throughout the Country.
Regardless of size, all real estate offices recognize performance as a method of reward, reinforcement and motivation, and provide plaques for “Highest Monthly Sales,” “Million Dollar Club,” “Most New Listings,” and a variety of other accomplishments.
Full color sublimated plaques, clocks, and other recognition products perfectly meet the needs of Branch Managers looking to differentiate their awards with products of pride.
A Springboard to Other Opportunities: Beyond Recognition products, as a supplier to a real estate office, other creative opportunities appear. Consider presenting a service whereby every agent who sells a house presents the new home owner with a Key To Your New Home, key chain with their family name and address on one side, and the agents name on the other. Or, as a gift to say “Remember Your Home,” the listing agent could present their client with a Memory Plaque with a photo of the home, the family name, and the years lived in the home. The family will remember the home, and the listing agent, for years to come! Consider the math . . .

How do you begin this process?
A great starting point is The Branch Manager.
Within a Real Estate office, there will be one agent who is the manager of that branch or office. If it is an independent office, the manager is likely the owner. If the office is one within a chain, as is the trend in this consolidating industry, the branch manager will be an accredited and licensed broker with responsibility for the recruiting, training, motivation of the agents. This position will frequently have credentials such as GRI, CRS, CRB indicating their certifications and accrediting.
In addition to the duties described above, The Branch Manger frequently has responsibility for marketing and facilities management. In these roles, the Branch Manager can have responsibility for promotions as well as office, esthetics, and identification. As such, the Branch Manager can also become your key contact for office signs, directional signs, desk plates, and more!
